Quality check of blades

Complete surface check of the blade from the root to the tip, lightning receptors and drain holes. Serrations, Vortex generators and the leading-Edge Protection (LEP) if applied. The root outside, root band, bolts and the sealing of it. The root inside, sealing of the nuts, lighting cable connection, brackets and the foot laminates of the shear webs.

Cosmetic aspect of the blades

Complete LE check on pinholes and dents. The aerodynamic shape of the blade. The roundness of the LE and the thickness of the TE site. The angle of the tip.

Repair analysis

---

Check if SDR’s and NCR’s are well executed. Check if cosmetic repairs are well executed. Check on permeability after storage.
Check for transport damage in the harbour as well as onsite.
